Payment methods: Our on-line shopping cart provides a convenient online purchasing system for credit card orders. PayPal processes our credit card transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to order from County Comm. If you prefer to order off-line, you can place an order through mail. If you prefer Paypal, our Paypal I.D. is: sales@countycomm.com.
If you sent an email and didn’t get a reply then we didn’t get it or it went into the spam bucket.
Check your email for notification of tracking number titled "Quantum view ".
Note: We can not take orders over the phone.
Do you have a customer service number?
We do not have a customer service number at this time. However, it is our goal to respond to emails within 24 hours.
If you need to talk to a live person, please email us your phone number and a good time to call you back.

ONLINE: County Comm accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal through our website that is secure and managed by Paypal.
*** Double Check Your Address: Please be sure to double check your order when you are asked to "Review Your Payment". We will ship your order to the address shown. Once your order is in our shipping department it is almost impossible to change your address. Once your order is in UPS's hands it is impossible to change your address. UPS charges $10.00 to ATTEMPT to intercept your package and we will have to pass this on to you if UPS already has your package when you ask to change your address.

MAIL: County Comm accepts cashiers checks and Postal Money Orders for mail orders.
Delivery methods: We ship ONLY via UPS. There are no exceptions. See below for our shipping rates.
Order Amount $0.01 - $49.99 = $8.75
Order Amount $50.00 - $150 = $10.75
Order Amount $150.01 - $250 = $12.75
Order Amount $250.01 - $500 = $14.75
Order Amount $500 and up = $17.75
Alaska and Hawaii Order Cost Substantially More To Ship, But If You Live There You Already Know This.
WILL CALL: We do Not Offer Will Call. Our office and buildings are closed to the public.
International Orders: Currently We do not ship or take payments from outside the 50 United States. We hope this will change in the future.
Sales Tax: As a California Corperation, we are required to charge state and local sales tax (9.25%) on orders shipped to California. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.
Return Policy: Satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. You can return the item within 10 days for a refund. All non-defective returns, items must be in re-saleable Condition. No exceptions. For all returns, please first contact us by email sales@countycomm.com for a RMA number. No return will be processed without a valid RMA number. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list with your phone number with your returned items. All returns must be sent within 5 days after the RMA number is issued. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply if the return has no valid reason. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Please pack the item in its original box with all the accessories and ship your item prepaid. Note: please insure the item accordingly.
In any case, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning any items to us. The return authorization number must be clearly printed immediately beneath the “ship to” address. See example below:

Refusal of Service: County Comm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, any company or agency.
Warranty On Watches: Watches are precission timing devices and are covered by a one year warrenty. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse. Simply put; your watch is not a hammer. If you put your watch into a meat grinder it will not be covered. (These are actual situations). A RMA is required to ship watches back to County Comm.
